About Us

Our History

Founded in 1998 in Welwyn Garden City, Absolute Blinds has a rich history. In 2007, the company underwent a change of ownership when Stuart Johnson, Nick Goode, Andy Goode, and Paul Smith took over from the previous owner, who had plans to move to Australia.

With the new leadership in place, Absolute Blinds wasted no time in expanding their business into both trade and residential sectors. Their dedication led them to relocate to larger premises in August 2008, a move that allowed them to manufacture roller blinds and vertical blinds. This change not only ensured better quality control but also reduced lead times for their trade and residential customers.
